Allison Aliaga
Allison helps organizations in the social sector discover how they can best contribute to solving society’s most pressing challenges. Her vision is to empower others working toward positive social change. Since 2010, Allison has collaborated with a range of foundations, organizations, and government agencies on large-scale initiatives focused on educator growth, well-being, and improving the student experience.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law). She lives in Long Beach, California with her two boys.

Nichole Cooley
Nichole brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to Spark Strategy Solutions. She has a deep passion for economic and educational equity. She is committed to helping organizations most proximate to the communities they seek to serve to build and implement revenue strategies that will help them meet their goals.
At Spark, Nichole oversees day-to-day operations and works side-by-side with Allison to ensure that all partners have an excellent experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Memphis. She lives in Memphis, TN, with her partner and their four dogs.

Brittany Worley
Brittany Worley has over 12 years of experience in the K-12 nonprofit space, specializing in cross-functional project and partnership management. She began her career at TNTP, spending 9 years focused on talent consulting, supporting partners at the federal, district, and charter school level to select teachers using strategic staffing practices and competency-based selection materials. Following that role, she served as the Director of Partnerships and Development for the Southeast region at New Teacher Center, leading the identification and retention of partners to meet $3M+ revenue targets.
At Spark, Brittany helps partners develop robust revenue and communications strategies while working to build internal capacity through authentic relationships. Brittany has a BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee and a MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Mississippi.
